The first step! Schedule. aconsultation to take place either virtually or in person for us to meet, learn more about what you're looking for in a doula, what we provide, and to just generally get to know each other.
The second step! Have you signed a contract? Perfect! Our first appointment as doula and client is an intake. A chance to sit down in person and go over your health and pregnancy history, as well as anything else that may affect the kind of support you need and the build your care plan!
At our intake, we likely booked all of our prenatal appointments. Prenatals usually last about two to three hours long, and consist of anything from domestic support, education, emotional support, or bodywork.
